Never again will i buy from them after my preorders (zoro and reg) will be dealt with. IF my preorders will be dealt with...

It's worth nothing that they are a legitimate shop. I'm definitely not questioning their products or their shipment quality. I've heard good things about that actually! But this lack of communication seriously hurts their business. If you're not responding to customers' concerns then what are you doing, ya know?

Any other shop would have replied within a day, two days MAX. AnimeNPC's "customer service" is just plain frustrating and unprofessional.

And yet people still order from them by the ton. I guess when your the last one to have something that people want they are gonna pay up
