7thHeaVenII (1 year ago) #23959119SE's customer service is really poor. I had the same issue with delivery! My neighbours recieved it and it's only because they brought it to me I knew it had arrived or had even been dispatched! SE showed no concern about this or the fact that my package arrived badly damaged and opened without an invoice.
Well it was sitting in my neighbours house for about a week, and tbh if they never saw my parents that day they probably would have forgotten all about it.
They could have atleast put a letter through my door letting me know it was dropped off somewhere else.

7thHeaVenII (1 year ago) #23958615Really sorry to hear that! SE EU didn't show any concern when I reported my issue to them, they claimed it was a warehouse issue like you said, which really put the icing on the cake. Totally agree with you about ordering from Japan, it's worth it to know you'll be getting a complete product instead of a messed up and faulty one. The delays really are awful too :/
What angers me the most is that the shipping costs are incredibly high. 20-30 EUR regardless of the item size. And they arrive in a week. An EMS from Japan would have costed the same if not less and arrive sooner.

For that price, I would expect them to at least ship promptly (they take the money on preorder, after all) and check the items before shipping them. Something that damaged shouldn't have been shipped. And you can't tell me it was the last one left because I prerdered it when it was announced so they should have saved a decent copy for me. They evidently don't care of the item conditions, and since I care I won't order from them again.

xXsKuNkAyXx (1 year ago) #20445107So, It's finally been shipped out, after I sent them a message about it.
I just have to talk about the cheek of this right now, so basically I sent Square Enix a message asking them about my order letting them know that I haven't received it yet, about a day later I get an email stating it's been shipped out, I've now just got a message back from them saying that I should have already received it.
To me it just looks like they forgot about my order and I've just reminded them of it.
Well for one I STILL don't have it but it should be on it's way.
And tbh, after seeing the state of it I just don't think the money and the hassle was worth it at all.
EDIT: so turns out one of my neighbours had it for about a week, wasn't even told it was dropped off somewhere else either.

Dunizel (1 year ago) #23939971I thought I was just unlucky. I ordered this figure along with two packs of cards from the EU shop, the shipping is so expensive that I thought to combine some items at least. I had to wait months for the order to be ready but I wasn't in a hurry.
The box was very large and it even had enough bubble wrap. Nonetheless, it is the first time ever I receive a box so crashed. The plastic window is completely detached and bent on the inside, the plastic blister protecting the figure is deformed and torn, so much so that I have paint transfers on it. The whole box was so deformed that I had trouble removing the blister from it. Then I was just holding it and the blister opened and the figure fell on the floor. I think nothing is broken, at least. I usually keep the boxes but I think I'll throw away this one, don't wanna look at it and it's not like I can place the figure inside again :\
I've never ever received something like that from Japan. I ordered it from the EU store, shipped from the EU, and I don't believe for a second that it was damage during shipping. As I said, it was protected enough inside the shipping box.
They must really have them stored messily in their warehouses. I'm just glad it's a "cheap" figure, even though for the size and level of details it should probably be priced 10 EUR less than what I paid it.
Edit: I also hope that the users who uploaded pictures enhanced them. Mine cloak isn't as glossy or the metallic parts as shiny as in picture/1772191..., the pink cloth on the arm is almost grey, I have no red lines on the pedestal... overall, a very dull painting. I didn't expect much but some photos make it look even better than what I have in front of me :°D
Next time, I'll order it from Japan whenever I can. Never again form S-E EU shop.
