Opened but the figure is in very good condition. No notable damages. Parts complete unless mentioned. Box is also in good condition.
If anyone has one with no box or *slight* damage that they want to part with let me know. :)

Mine did arrive today - However, there are a lot of mistakes to be found, some big, some small - And there is slight wear on parts, that makes it obvious that the figure is "pre-owned".
So, I'm brewing up what to say to Oniri around these issues.

Light's face is really off
Doesn't look like him
I am glad that I didn't order it

Does anyone know if this statue can still be ordered from a trustworthy website? Thanks!

I like the diorama and Ryuk looks great. But I am curious to see if Light's face will turn out good in person.

Update:
I contacted Oniri today, and can inform that they only have few of the statues back, and while they didn't directly say it, it sounded like the ones they still had, were all for people who's addresses they couldn't figure out.
I mentioned my own order number, and confirmed that my address was correct, and also asked if that was one of the remaining statues, in which they responded yes.
So, what happened here is: I originally gave them one letter of my first name (The first letter), as well as my full surname. - I later changed it to my full name (both first, and sur) when they asked everyone to update their addresses to make sure it was the right address. However, they were apparently still stuck with the first letter and full surname, and saw that as a "wrong address" - Now they have both names to their full length, and promises to send me my statue this month.
What I'm trying to say is: If you edited your address when they asked you, and still haven't received yours statue, contact Oniri - Because apparently, having the "wrong address" doesn't make them contact you about the issue.

I finally received mine, but the scythe was glued...Some paint erros on the bandage too so it would be a good chance to solve 2 defaults with 1 replacement.I contacted them..i will update here after i get my response from them

Thank you for the continuous answers, I am still interested to hear more as more people get theirs.
I will be contacting Oniri myself once it's around five months since the statue was released. I am planning on asking them: If all statues are shipped, if I am on a waiting list in the form of: If anyone changes their mind, and sends theirs back, or if they dislike it due to a mistake, like paint or it being broken. In which case I will persuade them to some other time, tell people if that is what they are waiting for.
I probably wont go for the truth about this one just yet: But I will probably at some point ask them if they will be honest if the statue one gets is indeed one someone else send back because of errors, and if they fix those errors correctly, or just "glue it back together". - I'm assuming that question will be pretty intimidating for them to answer, but I am hoping they will do so truthfully. Because should the statue be in a somewhat bad condition from the moment you receive it, and they don't want to bother fixing it correctly, I'm probably going to try and make them give me some sort of either discount or a insurance that if the statue breaks at any point, that they will take responsibility and fix it.
The thought of asking them if they would be willing to fix a statue bought second hand is also a thought I have been playing with, since I've sort of reached the point where I don't think I'll get one, but knowing how many received their's with breakages, I'm not sure I have the courage to buy one second hand, if I don't know if I can get any help, should it break.
Ideas to other things I can ask them, or changes in what I am thinking to ask them, is appreciated. And as said before: I hope this will all soon be over. I'm exhausted.
