Incredible story! I have read a lot of bad feedback from NY customers, I hope that things like this won't happen. I also wanted to give them a chance, wait and see. I was glad with my first experience with them last year, now I'm waiting for my Apex Yae Sakura figure, hold by them untill now because of Japan Post international shipping restrictions. Now that shipments to Europe are allowed I hope that they won't let me down.

They cancelled my account because I had to claim with paypal. Many friends also had similar problems. But a short time later they called me by phone (surrealist) and they were very nice, and they apologized, they gave me back my account and my points. They promised me that they would improve and that they valued me very much as a client. Now I’m giving them another chance, more than a year that I have her in preorder with them, I have been able to reserve her in other stores but I want to give them another chance. I hope they won’t let me down.

I used NY a lot in past but going forward I don't really have anything from them. They have good prices but you get sacrificed in customer service (sometimes they respond fast), and sometimes orders don't ship out in a timely manner. Also they ask you to pay for the preorder sometimes before it's even ready.
