No problem! They're a legitimate store. Just keep in mind they've had a history of being unable to fulfill pre-orders last minute sometimes. :( But for his exclusive face plate at this point there's no other choice but to take that risk unless you proxy him.

Considering the mess with ITEM #604495 I wouldn't put too much faith in KotoUS.
