They keep lowering the price gradually till someone takes the bait, and then immediately increase it by a bit (~1500-2000 JPY) with the hope of getting more to sell at that price. If more sell, they increase it by a bit again. When it doesn't sell, they gradually start lowering again and so forth.

That makes sense. Still a hefty shipping price though ;__;
