Eurotica (6 years ago) #885728Here's the sad story. Got mine a week ago. This first thing i saw instantly was that her head fell off the body. No big deal i thought, could be easily reattached with a bit of glue. Took her out of the box (good package btw) and that very instant her collar fell off as well. That's worse as no matter hot precisely you fit it back into place you are left with a quite visible rend at the back. But i guess ppl can live with that as well as the rend is only at the back and is not visible as the figure lies in its position. But the fact remains. After fitting the collar back in place i tried to fit the head. Guess what? It didn't. So, it turned out that the figure was not damaged during transportation, the head was not attached at all in the first place. Had to use tools to fix the problem. So far so good one might say, no collateral damage has been inflicted yet.

I placed the figure on the stand (the one that goes with it) and to my dismay found out that only her head and right arm resting on the backplate. Try it yourself, holding the rest of your body 0.5cm off the ground. That was the last bit for me.

The figure went to trash. E2046 will never ever see my money again for any prepainted figure, and Gathering can go and sodomize one another, perhaps they will do better.

If you have this on preorder, i suggest you cancel. If you have it on you wishlish, i suggest you buy an unassembled kit and do her yourself/ask a friend of your to do the job done. Because E2046 and Gathering are plainly INCOMPETENT in what they are doing.

You know, you can ask for replacement and/or fix if it has any damage / issue..specially if the problem comes from the workshop work.

Why dont you ask them for a replacement or refund.
