I don't mind that Lincia ended up smaller, but her head is not the same proportion as the original illustration. It is small. Because of that, her head is actually slightly smaller than Shiika's, which shouldn't be the case IMO.

No, it is to the top of her head, not spear. Her height in the Vertex twitter banner is the same as ITEM #549655, which is also listed as 25cm.

I finally got mine today. It's a beautiful figure, but it came with some noticable dark smudges on her arm holding the spear (luckily it's kind of out of sight since it's on the left side of it), and they screwed up painting the right side of the bangs (too much dark shading). I wish they'd pay a little more attention to quality control for that price.
