Nvm, it was discussed 7 months ago lol. I don't think it is cast off.

1. Manufacturer said it's glued on
2. Don't see any other Azure Lane figures cast off
3. No photos of the other figure Prince of Wales showing cast off. Weird to have a set with only one cast off

Please take your sweet time releasing this figure, I have all the time waiting for it. Just make sure its an excellent final product.
