i did a bit of research, and apparently it has already passed, but i think the tweet means they still had this placard displayed. so still no actual progress, but at leas the placard was displayed, although now i can't find her listed on their website anymore

store.kadokawa....!! Yeah that was the website i saw, after that i must have been looking on just the kdcolle site by accident. I was lucky enough to be able to find the gsc shiro juuusst within my budget so I'm no longer as desperate for this to update but hey i would still like both :D
