bluclaudino3 years ago#16070176Actually Uchiwa is the rightest way to spell it, it means "fan", and in Japan that the perfect spelling for it.. we modify it just for a sound matter, in order not to have three vocal sounds in line, that's it :)

Ha and Wa is also the same character in hiragana.

Itachi is beautifully sculpted, the crows are definitely a nice touch to the pose. The eyes have been adjusted slightly from the prototype to follow his hand movement, which is great! Edo Tensei is not my favorite state of Itachi (hoping for Anbu in the future), but it is an awesome figure nonetheless!

Itachi_K273 years ago#16043201They did it for Sasuke, Madara, Itachi, Obito. It's also written under their bases.
Basically spelling 'Uchiwa' is not wrong, you can say it either way, it just depends from the transliteration kanji->romaji.
However we usually read or spell 'Uchiha', therefore I agree, I'd have preferred Tsume to spell it in the 'original' way aswell.
