Had the arm problem too. They wrapped a bit of plastic around the wrist to her legs to keep it from wiggling I guess. Her arm feels bendable enough to lift it up for the axe, but the pointy bit has me worried it'll stab the hand. The axe isn't supposed to stand straight up and down, pictures show it's at an angle.

    Sure is a beaut though.

SilentSwordsman (19 days ago) #26534108How the heck do you delete your comments now? ...You can edit and delete what you wrote to leave a blank comment but cannot delete it completely, only an admin can do this. This is to prevent people from writing inappropriate comment deleting it and then pretend they never posted, a trace is still left.

dagashis (21 days ago) #26478266Is anyone else having issues with her right arm? The right arm on mine seems to go below her hip, so it seems like forcing it a little to get the axe underneath might be too much strain. It looks much more straightened out on mine than in the photos, and her wrist looks almost warped/as though too much heat caused her hand to droop down.
EDIT: Does anyone know who to contact for customer support on this figure?

Can you show us a picture of it? I'm really curious.

LovelyIdiot (19 days ago) #26528801Wait for GSC's reply. I've heard of cases where they've replaced entire figures before, assuming that the photos you sent them show the extent of warping?

Got a reply from GSC, asking for another photo! So now I'm awaiting their response...I guess we'll see what happens from there!

How the heck do you delete your comments now? I can't figure out how to do it since they changed the layout. My pc acted up, and I thought my comment didn't register, so I ended up putting down two of the same comment.

dagashis (19 days ago) #26527077GSC hasn't replied, and AmiAmi (where I purchased the figure) says that the issue isn't major enough for them to offer a solution. Looks like I'm out of luck on that part, and will just have to settle with a warped wrist...?
