I got mine today. I seem to have the opposite problem - she was easy to fit on the base but she doesn't hold her axe very well!
She's good quality though, nice painting without flaws. I love how they did her hair <3

Oh! That makes sense. Thank you. I think I tried making it a blank comment, but it wouldn't let me do that?

Got mine today! No problems with her arm or axe. Was a little tough getting her feet on the base though. Amazing figure.

I cannot understand how to upload pictures I've already taken from my phone on this new system. It makes me sad because I promised I'd try to share my pics also but it's just not possible at the moment. TAT

I also noticed that it's hard to get her arm in a position to have the axe lean instead of being vertical. Her arm was tied down in a plastic sling of tape and a foam bracelet or something for some reason. It was also easy to put her on the base at least once I slightly stretched her legs as they were also wrapped tightly in plastic.

I mean compared to other figures I own that are a bit cheaper (and she is my first female scale figure) she's pretty good but not the best. Even the Touken Ranbu guys had nicer boxes and less constricting plastic. But hey it's Camilla and I wasn't missing out on another Fire Emblem scale figure!

Had the arm problem too. They wrapped a bit of plastic around the wrist to her legs to keep it from wiggling I guess. Her arm feels bendable enough to lift it up for the axe, but the pointy bit has me worried it'll stab the hand. The axe isn't supposed to stand straight up and down, pictures show it's at an angle.

    Sure is a beaut though.

dagashis (4 months ago) #26478266Is anyone else having issues with her right arm? The right arm on mine seems to go below her hip, so it seems like forcing it a little to get the axe underneath might be too much strain. It looks much more straightened out on mine than in the photos, and her wrist looks almost warped/as though too much heat caused her hand to droop down.
EDIT: Does anyone know who to contact for customer support on this figure?

Can you show us a picture of it? I'm really curious.

LovelyIdiot (4 months ago) #26528801Wait for GSC's reply. I've heard of cases where they've replaced entire figures before, assuming that the photos you sent them show the extent of warping?

Got a reply from GSC, asking for another photo! So now I'm awaiting their response...I guess we'll see what happens from there!
