Overstock.com has a 60x20in pillow for 38 dollars including shipping. I just ordered one for myself and it has a memory foam layer too :) That's much cheaper than they typically are I think.

There was a sudden restock on AmiAmi (probably due to a cancellation), and so, I was able to order her back in Jan. 21, 2011. I just got her last Friday, Feb. 11. I don't know if there were other sudden restocks after that though.
