This looks great.

So, when are you available to come over and build this for me?

Thank you very much :D
I made the base and lid of a new wooden board from a internet shop. The 2 old planks stick together was not an option for me. The rear glass panels have a 10mm gap, but it also goes without gap. Just need to look at the doors can still be opened.
The colered glas stones are from a german online shop. Is it allowed to post the adress? (www.amazon.de/d...)

How did the back worked out?Did you used the same pieces and have a little gap or had one big made?
The blue glassy-stone like things made it even better?Where can i find them?

You can find a tutorial here (www.j-junk.de/a...). My version is similar, only bigger with IKEA Dioder LED strips. So I could continue to use many of the bars and they made a nicer light.

I actually mean your display in total! ;3 (I already know how that wireless LED lightning thing works :3) but thx!!
I think you said it's custom? :3

I bought at a local glazier 3 new display shelves. With 6mm strength for 80€ cost therefore more expensive than 2 Detolf showcases. The light fixture was made from alu profiles from the local trade.

grizzen (2 years ago) #3949875Pretty sweet! Did you have a glass fab shop make your new longer shelves? And where did you get the light fixtures?

Thank you. Yes, I've been through the missing partitions now space for 4-6 more figures.
But the cost and the workload would stand in no relation to the price of 2 Detolf showcases.

shinhawk (2 years ago) #3949216Wow, very interesting modded detolfs there! Looks like you're getting a lot more display space out of it.
