About this picture

The room is 3D, I used Blender, I’m still learning! Be compassionate, please! It’s my first 3D project. Someone recognizes the room? I’ve tried to reproduce it in every detail.
To take Kato’s picture, I used a cardboard box to simulate the window and the room. The sheet is real, and to simulate the weight, my girl sat in the same position as Kato. On the shelf you can see some figures from my collection, and the Galko-chan poster that you can see here.
For the look and feel, the integration of Kato, and the effects, I used Photoshop.
I hope you like it!

But for a photo idea it's great and you can sneak some Easter eggs in there as well. A well deserved POTW! 3D was really a good choice especially for the figure shelf. Wasn't it also kinda 3D in the show? It felt slightly out of place in the anime XD
Thank you! In the anime the 3D is not too good, but it works.

Amazing technique and skill! I didn't expect to see 'I made the room in Blender'! In Blender! That convoluted free 3D software that requires hours of patience to learn properly? This looked like shooting tilt shift in real life!
I’m very happy with the result. Blender is quite complicated, has many keyboard shortcuts, and works in a very different way to other 3D software, but I’m happy. I still have a lot to learn!
I’m glad you like it!
Thank you very much!! Glad you like it!
