Expect $150-$200 to North America if you use Superbuy. The case comes with power supplies and Superbuy's electronic goods policy means only EMS is allowed.

It's cheaper to use Taobao's proxy service (~$100). Of course if anything goes wrong you'd have to type Chinese to the seller.

Yes. There are 2 display stores on TaoBao. Their designs are largely the same; not enough difference to choose one over the other.
