We always take submissions...the matter of not having a generic 1day1pic category is for mods and admins having check the quality and the proper size...so you can submit banners when you want...if a banner doesnt turn to the 1day1pic category you should contact any mod/admin for remembering us (sometimes there are bunch of pics and some banners arent noticeable)
