Hello, figure collectors! My name is Mr. Wang... Of course it's not my real name! But it will have to do... I have been a collector of figures since mid-2013, and an avid fan of many video games and anime that spawn such creations in the first place.

Praise the flag of... China?

A little about myself. I'm NOT Chinese, contrary to everything I might say about myself outside of this profile. Believe me, if I act in a patriotic manner about the greatness of China and its triumphant everlasting history that makes nearly every other nation a child in comparison, don't listen to a word of it. If I say that I'm Chinese, DO NOT BELIEVE MY BLATANT LIES. Mr. Wang is an internet persona, and not a real person. The man behind him, one that we will refer to as Jason, is the real deal.

I live over in Las Vegas Nevada, in the United States. I'm an aspiring voice actor who seeks to one day make it into the business. If you ever hear my voice, I hope that you will come to agree. I have a very long road ahead of me, however, but it's always important to never let go of that dream. I have many things to do, such as make a demo, get an agent, get some experience in doing voice-over... This isn't just practicing in front of a computer, I mean I might have to do local commercials before I can dream of being a nameless NPC voice on a game, let alone all the other things that'll happen. I know I'm likely not prepared for this sorta thing, and I probably won't be for years. But I have kept these words close to my heart:

I love anime and manga, and while I'm not exactly the most devout otaku, at least in my mind, that doesn't hinder the fact that I love watching the series that I do find myself interested. The list goes on and on what I like. I guess if I were to name some really important series, they'd be (in no order whatsoever) the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Bleach, Rosario + Vampire, Amagami SS, Chaika the Coffin Princess, Ikkitousen, Medaka Box, Fate/Stay Night, Senran Kagura, Persona (3 & 4), Gintama, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, KanColle, and many, many more I can't list because I'd get lost in thought.

I'm also an avid player of Fighting Video games. I love almost anything made by Capcom, Mortal Kombat, Tekken, Dead or Alive, and Soul Calibur. Me and fighting games have a very love/hate relationship. I absolutely love them, yet they hate me. I'm not very skilled, no matter the hours I put into practicing so I can play them competently on a competitive level. My journey to being EVO-tier are far away, though a guy can dream, can't he? Persona 4 Arena and its sequel, Persona 4 Arena Ultimax are considered my best games. On that note, I still love other kinds of games. My absolute most important series to me by far are the Persona, Valkyria Chronicles, and Touhou franchises.

When it comes to anime girls... ehehehe... Yeah, I'm a pervert, I'll admit that. I like fanservice shows sometimes (a lot), and try not to indulge too much in guilty pleasures (that's a lie). My moe-points kinda point me out as an oppai fiend, among other things. But boobs are filled with mens' hopes and dreams! How can I not help myself?!

Even Fubuki can't resist 'em!

Mine is a story that many people can probably relate to. Mine was a simpler life, years ago. I was an anime fan, who went to conventions once in a while to meet up with his favorite voice actors and hang out with friends. But, what always eluded me was the allure to buy figures. I would watch in horror as people take out their wallets and spend enormous amounts of their hard-earned money on figures, which baffled me at the time.

Then, one day, in April of 2013, that changed. I bought a figure. A Prize one, a cheap thrill to finally have. Some kind of paraphernalia of a series I liked. That figure was of Aigis, a Persona 4 Arena figure... I never could have anticipated that it would turn into a full-blown collection. Now, hundreds of dollars later, I am just like the people I once was baffled by years ago. But not without regret... My wallet hurts at times, funding this hobby of mine... My collection isn't even that big compared to many others I have seen here. I hope I can stop one day... after I get this last one.

Oh, man... actually finding every figure I own in the archives makes me feel all woozy thinking about how much I own...
Persona Series, Fighting Games, RPG's and more!
MOE Point(s)
Oppai, megane, foxgirls, Chinese girls, lingerie, oh my...!
Anything you can hear on a VN, Anime, or Videogame is good.

Now that I have done my due diligence and said hello to others that have recently joined the site I came back and read your about section. It was refreshing to read and let's hope that your dream of becoming a voice actor comes true. I guess any job in HollyWood is cutthroat even voice acting.

LOL that Fubuki gif made me laugh and hit a home run as far as what echi'ness is all about. Personally love the echii genre as well DXD Shuffle Sekirei all fall well into this genre and I have re watched them many times. What anime is that Fubuki gif from it does not ring a bell that I have watched it.

As I said enjoy your time here
