Yeah, I can log into my MAL...track anime, look up stuff, etc... I just can't do certain things...like look up character info for certain animes or change certain things in my settings, but the basic stuff is all working for me. It's worked for probably the last week maybe?? I still have the notice at the top that some features are not available though, but none that I'd have to have really...

Oh no....so it won't even let you login or recover password or anything right now... :( Ugh, that sucks. So sorry...well hopefully they'll fix it soon! This seems to have been going on for a WHILE now.... :(

If you're logged into MAL it should let you (or at least it lets me into my list....). There are features they have turned off right now, but that should be working (I just did it with mine to make sure..and it worked for me). If yours still isn't working, I'm not sure why, there may be some other issue as well. Maybe try it again, and make sure you're logged into MAL (you can't view anyone's list but your own right now and have to be logged in to do so....otherwise you get the errors). See, here's where I went to export it just now and it will let me in to see my list....

If it still won't let you...sorry, not sure what it's deal is!! :(

Ok, go to MAL....then click on your anime list (your personal page it shows where it has all your anime listed in categories of Watching, Plan to Watch, Completed, etc...). Once you are on your page with your list, look on the left-hand side of the page. There should be a little toolbar on the side and one of the icons looks like a sheet of paper. That should be the "export" option. If you click on that it will ask if you want to export your anime list or manga list. Click anime and then "export my list", then "ok". It will give you a link to access your exported list. Click on the link and it should automatically download a zipped copy of your list into your downloads folder on your PC. You'll need to find the zipped file and extract it. You should now have your list as an xml file. Now go into Kitsu then Settings > Import. Click the "import media" button, then choose "MyAnimeList". You can now click the "select file" button, find your extracted .xml file of your list, then hit the bottom button that says "Start MyAnimeList xml Import". That should do it!!! :D It was pretty quick for me and seemed to work out perfectly! :D

I could never get Kitsu to sync with MAL, but MAL has an export function, and you can then load the file it exports into Kitsu. That is the ONLY method that worked for me..and I was able to do it since they've been having all their issues, so just a heads up that the export feature should at least be working right now.
