Stacycmc (2 months ago) #30931862Hey there, others probably already hate me for my frequent posts on the Yato comments, so moving my reply here... LOL, hope you don't mind!!
If you are truly interested in buying Yato, go to Zenmarket....they are a proxy service and will show you everything in English too. So you can sign up for that, each item you buy their fee is like 300 yen (but could be waived for your first purchase). You will load the money onto there then can bid in real time (through their version of the site) on Yahoo Auctions.... I downloaded it and have been using it to search through items for the first time, while investigating that Yato figure. You will of course have to pay for domestic and international shipping...as they get the item shipped to them (as if the buyer only sells locally, this will still allow you to buy...and eliminates the pain of not knowing Japanese...LOL)....and they offer several options for international shipping.
Anyway that site was recommended to me by a few others on MFC...and from what I can tell it's actually really easy to use. You can search using Zenmarket rather than Yahoo Auctions, but you can also just paste the URL of the yahoo auction directly in to the Zenmarket search bar and it will pull up the auction info in English and allow you to bid and everything else. I'll add that 300 yen per item for their fee is much cheaper than many other services I've investigated too....
Anyway, even if you pass on Yato, I'd definitely check that out anyway...as I've always thought getting items off Yahoo Auctions JP was not possible for me, but there really is some great stuff that is really hard to find here.....

There many things I like to explore with my camera during my hiking and camping trips.

In macro mode love see fine details of small objects such as bugs, leaves, bubbles, shells, etc, that the human eye can’t see.

Panoramic photography I like capturing a large surroundings combining the images to create a very large image you can zoom in and pan across having the experience you return back to that scene.

I also capture video of my trips too. As I’m not happy with the built-in mic of camera. I have an external mic that captures better sound making the recording more realistic with natural sounds.

Lastly, time-lapse photography I enjoy the most. The ability to capture one area and speed through time with the final video.

If I was shooting in film right now, I would be very broke lol

I agree though I witness some people go camping takes too much technology with them. I think they should enjoy nature more and give technology break. The only main technology I need for camping is camera as I enjoy capturing nature.
