LeviathanX3 years ago#26025678As far as I understand your question. I think for the original TD heads it, the eyes, looks like decals to me. But if you're using a regular BJD head you can use whatever eye fits in their socket. BJD eyes don't really move. You fixate them with putty, but they do "follow the observer". Depends on the camera angle and lighting how they look at you. Cute like a sugar fairy or evil like a twistd bxxtch ;)
(mine: c1.staticflickr... and c1.staticflickr... )

oh ic thanks!

harrykim3 years ago#25659853Thanks! Yeah Riku is one of my favorites too, and Haruru, the eyes are neat and I like her violet twin tails lol. So it looks like the eyes can be moved?

LeviathanX3 years ago#25627982Well, at least not here on mfc.. ;) I follow some Japanese on twitter who do this...
If you start here and press on their followers you should have a good starting point.

I think the price is OK. You will also get body blushing and seamline treatment. Their body can wear standard BJD clothes.. After all, a full set DZ is ~$500, a Volks one is lottery, and a full set Unoa even (much) higher...
I have planned to purchase a Tokyodoll in the future. (For now "Riku" is my current fav.)

harrykim3 years ago#25625431I remember looking at these long time ago. Man, they are like $1000 when you add "finger wire" and make-up. For the 1/3 scale ones which would be the ideal size.

LeviathanX3 years ago#25624435In order to not spam the item's comment section. Hope ypu don't mind..
Their bodies are compatible with regular BJD heads... On the order page is a compatibility matrix for different BJD vendor colors. Thus, the face up can be as detailed as you are talented ^^… (or you buy a nice one)
