I'm a game art and animation student from the UK~
I've been collecting anime figures and merchandise for around 10 years now. The piece that started it all was a Sailor Moon mini figure gifted to me by my mother, after that I continued to buy and sell pieces until I was left with the collection you see today.
I have a lot of nostalgia for lower quality prize figures from the early 2000's but I'm trying to distance myself away from such items, in order to maintain a more mature, smaller and overall higher quality collection. Albeit with little success. (￣▽￣*)ゞ
At the moment I really love "creepy cute" items (eg: ITEM #1465937). I'm not sure what it is but combining two contrasting elements is just *chefs kiss*. Other features I really enjoy nowadays are fangs, pale skin, bandages and eye bags.
Aside from figures, I'm an avid doll collector. I have a complete collection of Monster High and Ever After High dolls, alongside some more sparse collections of; Bratz, Disney, Rainbow High, LaLa Loopsy and Dollfie Dream dolls. This obsession has become somewhat of a career for me nowadays as I make custom doll content online.
