First time using them. I wanted to find a proxy similar to Buyee, where you can bid directly on YJA.
At first, I was a bit confused on how bidding works (Auction deposit, bid limit and so on) but thankfully there's lots of information to be found on their site.
It was a bit overwhelming at first but once I got the hang of it, everything went smoothly. If I had to point out something negative, I would say that the whole procedure is definitely slightly more complicated than, for example, that of Buyee. Having to put some funds into the Wallet/Auction Deposit first and then having to pay for the item "again" (here you can choose whether you want to pay for the item yourself or if it should be paid by using the money in the deposit/wallet) when it is being shipped from the seller to Neokyo, was, as mentioned before, a bit overwhelming at first. In hindsight though all of these "extra-steps" make sense and some of them are pretty useful as well.
What I really liked, was the fact, that they keep you updated on what the next steps are, once you won the auction. Like, that they'll contact the seller next and pay for the item. I definitely appreciate that, especially as a Newbie, who has no idea how their service works and how they handle things.
Once you got your shipping quote, they let you choose whether to undervalue or not, which is a HUGE plus.
The packaging was great, I'd even go as far and say that it was the best that I've ever received from a proxy so far.
Conclusion: If they keep up the great service, they'll definitely become my new favorite proxy.
