I was able to get Nendoroid Umaru after her 1st wave pre-orders closed thanks to Akiba Soul! She arrived in perfect condition and is 100% authentic. I was given updates on her location/estimated arrival constantly and provided tracking. When she arrived I found that she was protected really well with bubble wrap and surrounded by air packets. This is the nicest packed figure I've ever received! Communication was excellent, the website is really cool looking and easy to browse, and her price was really good! I highly recommended using this store!

Did some figure trade in with them. Martin was very responsive and gave fair value for the figures. Unfortunately there was some issues with my figures so Akiba Soul have to ship the figures back, but they cover half the forward shipping cost and all the return shipping cost. Great experience overall, and I will definitely consider buying from them in the future. Thanks!

I don't usually write reviews unless a business has done a supremely sub-par job or a supremely above-average job. With a AkibaSoul happy to say it's the latter. Have traded in a many figures and Martin has made each experience go smoothly. Martin provides excellent customer service, by answering any e-mail question in a prompt professional manner. Have also bought happy to say Saber Avalon from Martin and the shipping condition and shipping rate will make me a customer for a very long time. I had some figures I purchased off web sites or wile in Japan between 2009 to 2012. I've had them in storage for four years and decided to sell them, I have no experience selling anything online and after a little searching Akiba Soul was a well recommended site. Akiba Soul made it insanely easy and was able to find 80% of my six year old figures by name alone. I worked with Martin who was a huge help and patient with my lack of experience in this area. In conclusion I was surprised how easy Akiba Soul made this process and highly recommend them to anyone who may have to sell any figures.
