Just for the sake of it since many do see a heavy resemblance between Miku and BRS...

Miku has TEAL hair going down to her legs in two long tails.
BRS has BLACK hair that is asymmetrical in length of the tails, one would be roughly her ankle and the other to her waist. (Or based on the PV two very short pig tails worn towards the back)

    Miku normally wears Grey/Black/Teal
    BRS normally wears Black/Silver/Grey

Miku normally wears thigh high leggings.
BRS wears knee high boots or converse (based on the PV)

    Miku has Teal eyes
    BRS has Azure blue eyes

    Miku - Skirt
BRS - Super short shorts + belt

Miku - sleeveless button up + tie + arm sleeves
BRS - Trenchcoat + Bikini top

The main similarities between Miku and BRS are that...
    They are both very slim.
    They both have "twin tails"
They're bangs sweep in the same direction.

Technically even their skin complexion is different.

If I remember correctly, Huke designed BRS before Miku was even conceived. When the song came out, everyone thought BRS was Miku. They are totally different characters.
