    I placed an order on Nov 23 for an in-stock item and they still haven't shipped it out yet. Do they usually take so long to ship? I've tried to contact customer service but didn't receive any reply.

    Anyone else has an order on/after the Black Friday sale that hasn't shipped yet?

    I've ordered a nendoroid on the 10/24 and it still hasn't shipped out! Pretty frustrated with their service so far.

    I've emailed them directly and they replied that it was shipped and gave me a tracking number. Based on the tracking it was shipped out a week before the email and was already on the way, and I received it only a few days later. It just isn't reflected in my order page, which is still "processing" even after I received the item, so I wouldn't have known it was shipped if I didn't email them.

    TLDR: If you haven't already, you might want to email them directly at cs@animenpc.com about your order, maybe it was already shipped.

    Has anyone ordered Pyra from animenpc? It's been a few days and I haven't gotten a response from them about getting an invoice and paying the right amount (since I paid a deposit earlier this year, but the order page has the full amount instead).
    Never mind, just got the invoice.

    Their customer service is terrible. I've emailed them multiple times about my order information and waited months for an answer. Emailed them again a week ago and still no response.

    I just want to know if and when my package is shipping out! Communication is an important part of business, and they're certainly not doing it well.

    I agree. Did you ever hear back from them? I contacted the chat several times till I finally got through to someone. The service was fine but it's really disappointing that on my very first order--the whole system is a mess.

    I never was updated that my nendoroid was shipped as it still said "processing" on the website this entire time. Then I'm finally provided the tracking number through chat and it's shown that it was delivered last week which is completely untrue. I've never had an issue with recieving packages to my apt complex and it's very safe in terms of package theft.

    So now I have to check the local post office to see if maybe it's there for whatever reason but I'm not hopeful. Then if it's not there, it's more of a mess and a headache. I will keep you all posted but this is really disappointing and I don't recommend using AnimeNPC. If a company can't even keep their customers posted, that's an invitation for disaster already..Ugh.

    Sad that this is happening to other people as well, but it just shows how terrible their system is. I didn't get a reply to any of the messages that I sent, but my nendoroid showed up unexpectedly two days ago. The shipping box was pretty banged up, but the inner box was packaged very well- better than Amiami in my opinion. Just to be sure that I wasn't just overreacting, I checked the order status online, and lo and behold, its still under "processing." It does get you your stuff, but it had me on edge since I've placed the order since there were no emails, updates, etc.

    I did get my stuff in the end, but I'm never shopping through them again unless the improve their communication and their system in general by tenfold. This was my first (and only as far as I'm concerned) order with them as well, and it just had to be when they were undergoing huge changes with the site -_- Its a shame because they seemed like a great website otherwise.

    I really hope you find out what happened to your package. Hopefully AnimeNPC ups their game sooner rather than later.

    I’m trying to pay the remaining amount on my hot limit sonico preorder, but couldn’t figure how to exactly do that. The order shows “processing” in my account despite them sending me an email stating that the item has arrived and that I should pay asap.
    I tried contacting them but each response doesn’t make sense, first the give me instruction on logging in then they sent me an invoice on my email without a link to pay. I’m really confused.

    No update yet. My order is still "processing" since this is a figure that isn't released. It should be released in February but no exact day of the month (at least from my knowledge). I already paid in full so I'm waiting for a confirmation/tracking at this point.

    I'll update you when that happens.

    After some back and forth, I was able to get them realize why I couldn’t pay, and they finally got the paypal invoice. The order is still on “processing” even though the figure has been released, but at least I got to settle my payment.

    Item still on processing, after a month they finally got back to me apologizing for the delay and said I could get a full refund back. I waited for a bit to make my decision seeing how the item price is much higher than original now due to after market, then I received another email a couple days later saying they'll be getting stock of Xenoblade 2 Homura figure next week and would be shipping it the coming week. Its been almost an entire month since that and the order is still processing. Just recently sent a request for that full refund. Its been almost 2 months completely since the item was supposed to be release on their site, I'd prob not have been as annoyed if they responded to me more than 2 times since after the item's release from my emails, but this lack of communication is sad, I'm definitely never ordering from them again and I prob have to wait another month just to get a refund.

    i've bought katakuri SA Maximum last month and it was a very positive experience, they shipped and didn't tell me about it but it arrived in like 1 week, very short timing. Clara was reliable, i spoke with her for full mornings(because their working time for me is morning, so i had to chat with them in my free mornings), i've been using chat to get in contact with them and "she" helped me in real time, though i had to use pc, the chat didn't work from android, also i had to text them multiple times, it looks like their messaging services are really poor, but this Clara person is very nice and helpfull once you manage to get in contact with her. I'd rate them as a store with a 5/5, as support also, but 0/5 for the technologies they use, they really need a better system, better site, better messanging apps, they loose points for something just this simple. They could be a really good store if they'd improve their system. Looking forward to my next orders, gave them my trust for 3 preorders this spring, they are reliable and takes good care of orders, i hope they'll read online discussions to improve.

    also, if i can give you an advice, make sure you contact them in their working time, and it also might help to contact them through chat. I didn't get any answer from mails, but always got my answers in chat. I don't know what could be wrong with their systems, weird reactivity in both mails and chat, but i don't think it's Clara's fault (and i can't believe there's only 1 person handling all the customers xD so i don't think either they'd simply forget to answer)
