    i've got an email the other day from them and it seems they are being involved in HK protests against china. I think you'd do earlier calling their shop, though an international call might cost a lot. The alternative is storming them with mails and be patient...

    This is what i got... I just asked a file or a picture of an invoice with undervalued price, so I can send it to my countrys customs. And did not get what I wanted. Guess I got to pay full customs price. >< Ive had this same trouble with Nippon-Yasan too.

    That’s sad to hear. You could try one of these if the problem persists:

    1) Just take your paypal invoice and edit out the amount and submit it to the customs office.

    2) If the shop has already given you a full amount invoice(usually a PDF), edit this one out using Adobe PDF and give in this one.(very simple process)

    I’ve had to do the second for one of my figures and it worked perfectly.

    There’s ofcourse the chance of getting caught and paying the penalty (although it’s a very very slim chance)

    I guess it’s just a leap of faith.

    Made an order last week on your AnimeNPC site with a preorder figure and another item in stock. Does that mean the item in stock will only deliver when the preorder figure released?

    I ordered a figure from here on the first it's still processing hasn't even shipped, this is worrisome to me. Sad thing is the order I made was for a statue that was in stock not for pre-order, I attempted to phone +852 65706627 which is there customer support line however every time I phoned the number it always says that the number is invalid making me question if this is even a real number, if there is a real number please tell me. That's not the end of my problems though I attempted to contact them by their chat option on there site 2 weeks ago didn't get a response. Today I sent a couple emails to them I hope they will respond.

    My preorder that I made back in January finally got a response when I sent an email to them last friday.

    I emailed them and they eventually got back to me with the tracking # for it.

    edit: for clarity, the figure was officially released about 2~3 weeks ago (delayed twice)

    Well now I'm worried after seeing this thread. Like dragonfury, I placed an order near the beginning of the month. It's still processing, and it's supposedly in stock and not a preorder. I'll probably email them right after this post--hopefully I don't get stuck in this forever loop like other people..

    They might be less responsive or might have issues shipping things things due to the protest in Hong Kong. I believe that is where they are based at.

    I preordered a statue in October from them, but it keeps on getting delayed. I sent an email for an update, and the reply back I got today says the manufacture for the statue has given no update for now. They offered me a refund of my deposit, if I didn't want to wait any longer.

    If they don't respond to your email in a couple of days, I would send one again. They could be busy with a lot of external thing. But they do seem to answer their emails.

    Good luck with your situation though.

    I've been having the same problem. I placed an order at the beginning of June for an in-stock item, however, it is still showing that the order is processing. The item now shows that it's out of stock, but no word on if it has shipped.

    I've sent so many emails through their website, as well as replying to the original order email, but I still have not received a reply. I also messaged them on Facebook and tried to message them on WhatsApp, but still no reply.

    As a last-ditch effort, I filed a claim with Paypal last week saying that I haven't received the item, but so far they haven't addressed the claim.

    During this time, I did, however, get an email regarding an invoice for a separate pre-order. I replied to that email asking about my other order, but no reply either.

    ***I've been emailing them since the 1st of July***

    Worse come to worst if you have to dispute then do it. And give them the full information to paypal and give them the full idea on what going especially on where AnimeNPC is mainly located at the very least. I recently received an email from AnimeNPC that they barely have any workforce shipping out these figures. So overall, it sucks for them and to us to :I

    So I did end up contacting them via email. They actually responded a few days later (which I'll consider pretty fast due to the circumstances right now). Understandably, they told me about the stuff going on in HK and how it was severely limiting them. I decided to try and cancel my order (since it wasn't a preorder) a couple days ago. This morning I got the notification that my figure actually shipped! So I'm not sure if it was seeing the cancellation request that spurred them to ship it or something, but it did get resolved (sort of).

    I had several figures pre-ordered. One of them has been in stock for months. 2 Months ago, i was told it will ship. A month later, they replied it will ship next day. Now I still didn't get anything. No longer getting any replies. I would avoid buying from them at this time.

    An update to my order:

    I have now received the item. Packaging is normal (bubblewrap around the figure's box and then inside a cardboard box - no extra stuffing).

    Figure itself is fine, no damages or anything.

    Whether the protests affected shipping or not is still hard to say, since I only got an email for tracking after I contacted them (could be coincidence since I emailed during weekend and they were planning to ship the working day after).

    Overall, the store did deliver, but I would only order from them for last resort preorders if not stocked elsewhere (which is the case with this current order).
