    Just received a tracking number from TL for 1 of my 3 orders. :D
    Now waiting for the 2 others from 08.12.19 getting their tracking information. ^^

    Nice to hear that all your orders are finally shipping. I'm still waiting for my order to finally go into preparations even though it released in January. Maybe they just haven't got any stock yet, because also their item page still says preorder with the release date in January...

    After you close the case, you can't open a new one. If the figure arrives broken, you can't complain anymore.

    Yea i know that.
    But in 5 Days i get my money back i think.

    And its better when i get the Figures from Nippon, than i dont have to buy it from a other store. ^^

    Pretty sure 95% of the people here who were saying „never gonna order from them again“ will forget what they said as soon as they get their items delivered and will continue to use them :)

    So if you are sure you are done with them just keep up the dispute, if not and you want to use them in the future I would pull back the dispute before it is too late.

    i ordered every of my orders by them now on yorokonde ^^

    only the ones i paid not xD
    so i dont think i buy something from them again 2020, but if everything is okay after that year.. i think i order again.

    for me this is my second order and the last one, not because of the delay but for the bad customer care

    btw my TL order is still on preparation in progress and the figure release date was 23th december, I used around 15 shops for figures, never happened

    Of course I understand what you mean, but also for us using NY for years already this is something what never happened before. But I‘m pretty confident it will stay an exception for NY at least. Maybe I can stay calm because I already experienced the exact same situation 2 years ago with another shop, and it was an exception for that other shop too and never happened again.

    Can confirm. I use NY since 2015 and after more than 100 orders this is the very first time i even have any trouble with them.

    Yes, the customer service isn't that good and i cant even estimate, how many people work there and how many of them are in support.

    But a situation like this, that's totally new to me.

    sorry but thats not true, 2015/2016 there was the same issue... also from november till march...

    I also always pre-order with them never problems in all the years. That is why this was shocking. Their customer support is so lousy.
    I hope everything arrives all well so I can also recieve my other pre-orders because some I really didn't wanna buy somewhere else because the price went up or became sold out.
    I will stay with them if this all ends well, but will buy less from them.

    I also have one figure paypal protection is running out and figure date keeps getting pushed back. Hopefully they can lenghten the protection because I don't trust them to let it run out.

    Maybe ask them if they can refund you and send you a new link so you can pay the order again for the same price? At least that‘s what I will offer them when my protection is about to running out soon.

    Asked for a refund yesterday, got told they would ship it today and closed the ticket. And nothing. Glad I came to this thread first instead of going straight to PayPal. Guess I'll just wait again seeing as they are actually shipping orders out.

    Wow. still no update on my figures that I had to pay for in advance in november when they got released late december.
    "preparation in progress" since january 7.

    But today, feb 15 they're already asking for payment for figma sakura which doesn't even have a set release date yet (should come out around the end of march, will probably get delayed as usual with figma.) I'm kind of upset, they didn't even wait until the end of this month like last time. If things continue like this they'll just completely eliminate the "pay later" option.

    They want money for all my 6 March Pre-Orders, none of them has even a release date and the Deadline is 02 March.
    That's a really harsh move in a Situation like this. We are talking about round 700-800€, and im still missing figures worth of 500-600€...

    Didnt receive a Tracking Code for 08-12 or 15-12 either..

    Guess i will save every invoice and screenshot every Shit i find and gonna travel the paypal route. No Good Ending for me though.
