    I'm not currently waiting for products from them, but I have Ereshkigal preordered at the end of april.
    Other from that, I want to preorder 2/3 figures expected in the next months but I don't know if it safer buying from NY or from a local store here in Italy.. (with higher prices)

It's nice that they called you and apologised, but that still doesn't solve problems with packages that are stuck at TL/"transit" and their lack of any communication what they're planning to do with them (not to mention how they shipped stuff with EMS without asking people if they're even interested in that method).

    Actually, I think I did get an answer for 'Transit' status. I messaged them and was extremely blunt; is there problem in customs, is it because of the epidemic or are the packages lost? This is the response I got;

    Now, why would I choose to believe it? 1. I found some articles about there being a tax submit in France atm, for internet shops (it's an article in french, idk how to translate it) 2. The tax offices in Europe have been pulling some massive bullshit lately, no joke, stuff gets kept for ages (at first I thought it was christmas, than right after Brexit, now corona), and they are inspecting even shit marked as gifts which, personally, never happened to me before this, my friend was also hit with extra import from sites that this never happened to before

    My order has been stuck in transit for almost 3 months now, I have a friend with 4 open orders who this whole situation freaked out. But the more info we gather, the more calm we start to be... So for now I and he we choose to wait and see, we'll keep this thread posted in case the situation doesn't turn out how we want it to lol (I still have about 2 months to open a pay pal complain, he is not so fortunate since he didn't choose the 'pay later' option for his PO...)

    Nippon yasan just ship me out Mega house Mobile Fighter G Gundam - GGG Domon Kasshu yesterday. It usually take 2 weeks for the item to arrive at my home so it's wait and see when will it arrived during this covid 19 pandemic that render half my country in lock down.

    I am surprised here as the Yumi Wedding Lingerie which stuck in process since 15 Jan still stuck but they send out the new release Domon here.

    He was... very apologetic.
    My money back is underway through Paypal.
    They have detected that several workers were not doing their job and this has caused them many problems and dissatisfied customers.
    He’s reinstated my account and returned my lost discounts.
    He's been very kind.


    Interesting, my account is back too. Not sure if I would buy something from them again in the near future since these problems stemmed all the way from October. I'll keep on following this thread to see if they resolve all their issues.

    EDIT: From what I understand, these only apply to foreign seller using French marketplaces (for instance external sellers on Amazon.fr) rather than foreign sites.
    I think that TL has VAT since their partner is located in European Union whereas Japan Post shipment is straight from Japan so it goes through customs.

    Commenting to give a little hope, for recent orders at least.

    On the 4th of March I ordered ITEM #806049 with Transi-logistic shipping. It went into preparation the next day, but was then stopped thanks to the whole TL thing. About a week ago they decided (without my consent) to ship it anyway through EMS, which costed more than double the price for TL. Since it didn't include taxes, though, in the end I paid less and was given a coupon.
    The figure arrived today in perfect conditions and I didn't have to pay any customs (!!!!) because they undervalued the item down to about €17 (it was actually a total of €220). The funny thing is that on the same day I paid €13 in customs for a €30 figure ordered through Amazon.

    Hopefully all my pre-orders will be delivered like this...

    We might get some news from Luxroutage in the next few weeks. Apparently UPS handles the shipments from Nippon-Yasan to them. UPS invoices customs duties and taxes to Yasan and it seems these haven't been paid so far. After they are paid they would normally be shipped to Luxroutage and then shipped out to us.

    Luxroutage also said the last orders they received were from December, so every order since January that shipped by TL is probably in an UPS warehouse. At some point UPS will want to return these orders. Everything else will probably depend on whether Yasan will pay the return shipment or not.

    They are clearly now in damage control mode. Not a bad thing if you ask me. They alienated so many customers, if they want to survive the crisis they have no choice.

    Will look closely how the situation evolve. I've got a few sizeable pre-orders with them but nothing that was released.

    They reactivated the acc of my boyfriend. On this acc we have just one figure in Pre Order. For that figure i cant take the money back. So i am happy that we have this acc back. My acc was not reactivated, i think because i have no figure anymore in PO.

    Just want to share with you my last (and final I hope) BAD experience with infamous NY customer support :

    - I've preordered Chobit's - Chi's figure combined with POP UP Goblin Slayer cause they was about to be released in spetember 2019.
    They asked paiement in september (11280 + 3080 + shipping 3450 - promo code = 17164 Yens)

    - We know Chi's always delayed since september, so as I was about to order a product in sale, I asked them in a ticket if they could send the Goblin with my new order to come. They didn't answer to my ticket.

    - I decided to take my order before the end of their sales, and right after that, they do something on my previous order with Chi and Goblin : they kept the Goblin and marked it "order in preparation", and they make my Chi disappear. Instead they gave me 2 Vouchers, a 10000 yens and a 2580 yens, saying I could use only one to take a new preorder on Chi.
    BUT, Chi is no longer 11280, it's 14800 on NY now. So they gived me 10000 yens for my new Chi's preorder, but it will cost me 14800 + shipping 2900 = 17700 Yens now (and I lost my first promo code in the way...)

    - I asked them several time by Chat and tickets to get my Chi's preorder back, and after insisting A LOT, they finaly gived me a 14000 + a 800 Vouchers... Exceptionaly!
    Still, I can't use the 2 Vouchers in the same order, and even thought, I would have to pay for the shipping one more time.

    So to resume, they cut my already paid CHi's preorder to be able to send me my Goblin Slayer, without asking me before processing. Now I have 2 Vouchers codes to use on their website within a year. If I want my Chi back, I have to pay additional 3700 Yens because of their scam.

    I whish they've contacted me by phone (in french) like they did with Figura4, to solve my problem directly, but I don't expect such a thing.
    So now, I don't want to by anything more from them (I'm among their first customers and spent a lot there), had too many problems with them =_= Still, I have to use my Vouchers before cutting ties =^/ If I import figure again, I suppose I'll just go BIJ and HS

    I think that plays no role, since I still have 2 PO left on my banned account (was to lazy and had no time to apply for CC chargeback yet, so I only did Paypal claims), but it is still banned.

    I want to PO Ques Q Scathach (July) and 2 figures in 2021... Maybe it's better use a local shop

    So, regarding PO: some figures have deactivated the pay later option (Max Factory Utaha), and all figures have deactivated the Transi-logistic as shipping option.
    With these conditions, I think that is not possible to continue ordering with them, at least for now.
