Can you help me identify this item please?

It looks like a keychain or part of it (possibly incomplete). Made of painted metal.
The character is Trafalgar Law from One Piece. I got it as a free gift from someone I had bought other stuff from. That someone had from someone too and doesn't know what it is.
I'll be grateful for any information :)
