    After that 1.5 year of misery to sort out the orders where they no longer have my stuff. They sent me the store credit last month.

    They also responded to my email to split the big voucher into 2.

    I spent 1 voucher on a in-stock item, they did ship after a week

    I recently placed the 2nd order for in-stock items. They refunded the paid shipping and reactivate the voucher after one week.

    So 1 win and 1 loss. I reused the 2nd voucher on a preorder to be released mid2022

    when I look up at their in-stock prices, you could say they have storage with no cost or are selling their private collection, because prices like these you aren't selling the figure very fast.

    Just had ITEM #1077556 turn up today

    Box in good condition, figure looks good

    So arrived not longer after the release

    Had Saber alter from the sale turn up a couple of weeks ago, so amazingly looking good at the moment.

    (the infamous SAL package stucks in limbo)

    Aaah I have an order which has items from July which had an item release at the end of September(it was delayed last minute in July). Hasn't even gone into preparation in progress. Guess its back to emailing.

    Hi, I preordered the alter 1/7 Meltryllis figure and the preorder got cancelled by them since it never shipped. I paid via paypal (linked to bank). They issued a credit voucher, can I get an actual cash refund? Can I dispute it with pay pal even when they sent the credit voucher?

    You can successfully dispute it via paypal, but you will likely be banned from placing future orders.

    Can I make a dispute right away on paypal? Or do I have to send them a refund request. Then get the "we cant sorry" message. So I have an image of refusal to comply?

    Is Paypal gone again for everyone else??
    I went to make an order, but when I went to pay I realised I couldn't pay via Paypal anymore. I paid a pre-order and an in stock order via paypal a few weeks ago (around the time of the sale). But it seems to be gone again? That's a pain in the butt if so. I still have a couple more pre-orders with them and wanted this to try my luck with an in stock item. Not much I can do about the pre-orders, but I'm not gambling with that in stock item without paypal lol.

    You can send the paypal dispute right away, but its better if you have proof that you tried to contact them via email+their ticket system.

    On a side note: they shipped a pre-order released like 2 days ago, but still haven't sent the combined order from September.

    the "its not so bad" still has my 15k Yen (paid in 2019).
    guess I wasn't "lucky". They have not gotten better for me.
    I will only consider them "better" when they give me back my money.

    I never said "for the better". I said "is really changing" and they "still have issues".
    Is horrible that so many people has lost their money... but the thing is.... I'm lucky enought to receive my orders, and I consider that luck. I still purchase with nippon-yasan, because sometimes they are the only option that I have. I paid the hobbymax inuyasha, sesshomaru per-order.. That who knows their release date. The only thing I could do is hope for the better... or whish that the figures that I like don't go out as exclusive or with license restriction for me to use amiami. XD

    Opened a claim with paypal, it got closed, and says "The case was closed as this transaction is ineligible for PayPal Purchase Protection.", Anyway to reopen it? It seems like it got closed by a bot or something. My nippon-yasan account is still open so it seems like the case never made it very far. What is nippon-yasans support email?

    No, that's because the timeframe for a PayPal claim has passed, it's 180 days from the date of your payment, it was closed automaticlaly by their system.
    There is a list of e-mails posted a couple of pages back by me(original list is by somebody else, I just copied it), the best time is around 8am Japan time on Monday, but they reply randomly,just reply once a week around that time and they should eventually get back to you one of the weeks.
