The palest figure I have is the 10th anniversary Holo figure by revolve. It's not too obvious at first since she isn't showing a lot of skin but it's noticeable when you dust her.

Holo is quite pale, comparing the figures I think this one is the most pale I have of her: ITEM #12

Then there's Jinx, who is also very pale. It's visible enough in her nendoroid; ITEM #1088840 but I also own her Myethos scale, which is sadly not allowed on mfc: m.media-amazon....
