[HELP] not allowed to create a club

i created this account a little while ago for the sole purpose of creating a club (i wanted a more public way to store a specific list of figures) but when i tried to make one i got an error message that told me "You are not allowed to view this page". i'm assuming this is because my account is too new and the spam prevention kicked in, but i could be wrong.

is there any way to fix this? or is there a specific amount of time i have to wait before my account is allowed to do this? thank you in advance!

Yeah, it's best to wait a bit first before creating a group.
