    One of the figures I have to pay until November 8 is GSCs ITEM #549417 Cant imagine her to be released this month. Exclusive or not, they are just asking for everything to be paid that was initially planned to released in that month.

    For my last few orders I placed I went back to Amiami...

    This ITEM #615800 is the only order I have with them for now, already paid because the initial release was scheduled for August and in July they requested the payment.

    In three years I received 26 packages from them without problems, but because of these payment requests without official release date, bad packaging, overpriced shipping and a well-know bad customer service that I never needed to use, but I won't risk to having to one day, I will stop to make pre-orders with them - Big in Japan is already my main store for this, followed by ZenMarket in case of items them doesn't has for pre-order.

    Hey guys, I hope someone can answer this question for me. So I used Transi-Logistic shipping for the first time. On the information page it says the shipping takes a maximum of 10 days. That time has passed. I did get an e-mail after 3 days that said: "Your order is now with our Logistic Partner. You will receive your tracking number within 48 hours." However, this was 7 days ago, and I still don't have a tracking number. Is this normal?

    They asked me to pay ITEM #740558 2 days before telling me the figure was delayed to be released on December. Now I have a request for payment for ITEM #740538 and I'm worried about having the release date delayed too

    Hello!

    I want to pre-order a couple of figures, however I have a few problems. First I don't want to pre-order from AmiAmi because I don't want my figure to go through customs. Not only am I not a big fan of spending more money, but recently customs in my country have been having issues where packages stay there for months. I ordered ITEM #740316 from AmiAmi when it was released and it came to my country in a week and ever since then it's been in customs for no reason outside of sheer incompetence by the staff there. I have ordered from Solaris and undervalued stuff and it turned out alright, but they want to pay for your pre-orders up front which isn't a possibility for me at the moment.
    My question is: Does NY still undervalue packages without asking them and from the comments I read on this thread people are really split on the opinion about their service.Are they reliable? If not should I look to some other retailer that you could recommend?

    If you are from Bulgaria, I assume you can use trans logistic from NY (at least I think it‘s available for all EU member countries). Means cheap shipping costs and no customs at all. (They ship your order to Luxembourg first, then ship it from there to you. So for you there will be no customs because you are receiving your parcel from another EU country)

    Is trans logistic really related to the schengen area? If I ship via DHL from Germany to an EU member state, it is the same price, regardless of schengen member or not, so I was assuming it works the same way for trans logistic...

    That's how it says on their website. I checked it myself and it says that the Trans-logistics only works for European Union countries in Schengen, with the exception of Switzerland and the French overseas territories. So I can't use it. Sucks to be me, I guess.

    Btw, anyone able to tell me the difference between the 3 transi logistic options? I mean, about the express one that‘s clear, but what is the difference between the other 2 options, since they have the exact same description... I usually chose the cheapest one. Does the 2nd option come with better protection or what?

    Edit: I asked this question in the NY live chat support, and was told to open a ticket for that... Is there even anything, a single problem, that the live chat support can answer?

    Nope. The "support" is useless and don't have a reason to exist. Plus almost any ticket I send is never get an answer. They probably tell you to open a ticket for another ticket.

    I use nippon yasan for my pre orders all the time for the same reason, yes they do undervalue your packages! I usually write them in the notes while ordering, such as “please write x amount on the box for customs”. When I forget or want to change the amount I just submit a ticket and they help out! Highly suggest them, none of my packages got custom fees ( Im from Turkey and used to get %20 of the total price yikes) I also like their customer service, they always helped and solved my problems with my orders.

I had to cancel one order and they replied literally within 3 minutes one time and it wasnt even in working hours. I asked them to change the value of the package multiple times, received replies the same day and they fixed it. Recently I actually got frustrated because they kept changing the payment deadline (it was 5th then 1st) so I explained the situation and told them it’s unfair, they responded the same day and changed it back to 5th. Super helpful and fast in my experience.

    Forgot to mention that if an order is not paid until the time limit they sent is cancel even if the item has no official release date. Someone must fix the software on the shop or to check for once the dates. The main problem is that they became reaaaally lazy this past year.
