Utsu-Odin4 days ago#95051429Even with Covid it shouldn't take that long. I've ordered from loads of places one being Mandarake (different stores) and they have invoiced and shipped within a few days. I've ordered stuff around the date I ordered my Vital Bracelet from Nin Nin and had them before this which hasn't even shipped. I've ordered from Mandarake last week around Tuesday and getting my item tomorrow...
    They are just slack.
Of course not all stores and shipping methods are affected in the same way. I never said that. Only saying that they are having problems because the covid and I think that is important clarify that when talking about shipping times. The most affected shipping method is their amazon shipping for example.

Looks like same issues plaguing Nippon Yasan are also happening with Nin Nin Game. I order from both and have been for what, 10 years/whenever they started. Always had a feeling they were way too similar from listings and operationally.

Have 3 orders waiting to be shipped. They are slow to ship on a normal day (up to a week to actually dispatch). I'm at nearly 3 weeks now.

As shit as both NY and N2G have been, I still resent Japan Post for cancelling SAL straight up. What a stupid move.

That really can't be helped. SAL relies on cheap free slots in flights to get stuff sent. On a normal day that means that SAL shipments sit in a warehouse waiting for their chance to arrive, which usually happens within a few weeks.
But in the current situation, the number of flights has been reduced drastically so even EMS and Airmail, which get priority over SAL, need to wait more than they ever had to.
It's physically impossible for SAL to operate under the current circumstances.

The nippon yasan incident happened for other reasons. They had issues with european customs and the parcels were retained by them for months. They lied about being a christmas problem. nin-nin game issues are coming from the pandemic situation. Although both cases origins are different I think that the consequences are similar. People getting nervous, massive ticket sending and cancelations. The result: slower service.

I hope they can go back to normality soon because I love their prices, the point system, the warehouse and the amazon shipping and they sell limited versions from some items. Make my life easy

I finally got a reply that I had to wait till mid-April untill they ship my order via Amazon France option as they ship chronologically. I hope this is the final term they claim they will ship as I'm pretty tired of waiting and getting nervous.

Just hopping here to add my experience with them! First time ordering from NNG. I got ITEM #871641 and ITEM #872626 shipped to the US.
The timeline was: 2021/03/04 Order confirmed / Payment Accepted. Their website said it was 4 business days for processing, so after that, I tried contacting CS. No reply. A week later, another update: 2021/03/11 Order confirmed. I tried contacting via their CS form this time, just to see if everything was ok (I was afraid of the items being out of stock since these nendos are a bit hard to find atm). No reply again, but a week later there was another update, 2021/03/18 Preparation in Progress and finally on 2021/03/22 Order shipped.
With express shipping, it arrived very fast and well protected. Overall it was a good experience, I just wish they had more transparency regarding their current processing time and/or had responsive customer support.

I just checked my account and they're definitely not caring about any kind of chronological order.

Can I ask if they recently shipped your order via Amazon France?

Sorry, my message was short and not very clear, I didn't mean to come off rude, I did understand it was nothing more than what they told you ;) I just wanted to say that, one more time, they're making up excuses.

One of my orders that was on hold for months just got dispatched to Amazon. The order was placed in September and paid for late December. Yet another one, placed in June and paid for in October is still in "Preparation in progress" status thus proving they're not taking any chronological order into consideration.

I totally believe and understand they got hit hard with the pandemic but their terrible communication and, worse, the fact they're lying about various thing... That's not how you should treat your customers.

That got me worried again, none of my orders are still shipped. I just hope mid-April something will start to move.

One of my order that I placed in June and paid in August (ITEM #919652 / ITEM #919660 / ITEM #926657), just started moving yesterday, the other one paid in May is still processing (ITEM #604482).The 2 orders are with Amazon France.
I don't really mind as long as I get my figures and since I'm selling stuff to make space, it's kinda "convenient" actually, and I got ITEM #604553 sooner because I went with EMS so I'm not doubting them atm.

You got very lucky then. Mine still hasn't moved after ordering around the same time frame. It went to processing 2 days after payment. I paid for EMS to the UK. I've messaged and they've blocked me on twitter and Facebook. They've not replied to my message at all on their site. And haven't replied via my PayPal case.

    It's a sham

Yeah, I was super scared after going through this thread when I ordered, but there wasn't a lot of availability for the items I wanted elsewhere anyway :( I hope you get your stuff shipped soon. A lot of stores are taking a long time to figure out mailing to the UK after the changes early this year, idk if it's the case for NNG >:(

It shouldn't be that hard, I've ordered from Mandarake, AmiAmi, Toyko Otaku Mode and a few more just before and after and have already got my items.

I've decided I no longer want my stuff and am waiting for PayPal to work their magic. It's not worth it for a Digimon fitness tracker.

Has anyone gotten a response from their customer service recently? It's been three weeks since I sent them an email and nothing. Wanted to see if there might be a backlog or they're straight up ignoring it.

Well I haven't had a response since the 20th March and as you'll see from my replies they've blocked me. They haven't even looked at my messages on their page. They reply to Facebook comments seemingly but only people who post in French.

Still waiting for the response to my ticket sent 2 weeks ago, however they've responded when DM on Facebook (in English) within 2 days.

They only replied to my ticket about an order just before they were going to ship it.

Thank you all for your replies. I guess there's slight comfort in knowing I'm not the only one, though I'm kind of shocked to see the extent of it.

Wow, that seems like an ordeal and a half. All the best with your Paypal dispute. Unfortunately I'm past the 180 days so I don't have much of a choice but continue to wait and hope I won't get screwed over.

Kereghan1 day ago#95255151Still waiting for the response to my ticket sent 2 weeks ago, however they've responded when DM on Facebook (in English) within 2 days.
I might reach out on social media as a last resort. Did they actually help with your ticket or was it one of those "We acknowledge your concern and will look into it." kind of responses?

If it's been going on since that long ago, I wish they would at least update their auto-response if they don't plan to reply in 48 hours so we can manage our expectations. My ticket is indeed about an order, but I wouldn't have thought a request to give them more money to upgrade my shipping would've been impacted by whatever chaos is going on in their warehouse. Wouldn't it make more sense to organise and process my additional payment first and then lapse into weeks of silence? (:

First they've send generic response, but I've wrote again and they've told me to wait till mid-April until they ship my order via Amazon France option as they ship chronologically.
As you can see from others that the part about shipping chronologically is not necessary true.
